The Heritage has to be one of the finest courses in the country. The whole experience was exemplary, combined with glorius autumn weather and colours to match made it a trip for rejuventation of the tired mind. The course was in superb condition in spite of marked off areas needing rest. With only 5 guys minding the facility, it is a credit to them - the superb condition of the fairways, green and tees. A test of your golf skills but not as scary as expected given the amount of bunkers and scattering of water features. 14th hole has 13 bunkers but it only adds to the excitement. Such a shame that the place was so deserted but it made our experience all the more enjoyable. Staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming.
